When you sign up for rempy, you voluntarily give us certain information. This can include your name, profile photo, comments, likes, account creation date, email address you used to sign up, and any other information you provide us.
Content Information
You also provide us information in the content you post to the service. For example, if you share a photo or video on rempy, we have access to the photo or video.

We collect information about how you use our service, such as the types of content you view or engage with or the frequency and duration of your activities.
Device and Location Information
We may collect information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device’s unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device’s telephone number.
Our App also collects real-time information about the location of your device for features such as sharing pictures and creating events on Google Maps.
Camera, Photo Library and Microphone
Our App has access to your device’s camera, photo library and microphone. We will ask for your permission before accessing these features. If you refuse to allow this access, you will not be able to share or see content on our Service.

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us:

2 In the case of bankruptcy, sale of assets, acquisition, event of a merger, Solution/rempy may share, sell or transfer information about you.
3 Legal and statutory cooperation: We may need to share information related to our users to authorities when we recognize illegal Content on our platform (e.g. Child Sexual Abuse Material or terrorism), address fraud or security concerns or protect people from harm.
4 Other users: When you share content on rempy, that content is available to your friends or all rempy users.
5 Service Providers: We may share your information with third parties that provide services to us, including cloud storage providers (Google Firebase) to store the personal information you provide and for disaster recovery services, as well as third parties that provide web analytics (Google Analytics) and usage information, notification, publishing, content sharing, security -services.
6 Integrations: To bring partner features into the app we may need to share your information with the partner.
7 Chat service, rempy, provides a chat service powered by Firebase, a service provided by Google. Please note that this chat service is unencrypted and therefore not suitable for transmitting sensitive information. The information transmitted during the chat is stored on Google's servers and may be analyzed by us for the purpose of responding to your inquiries and improving our service. We advise you not to transmit any sensitive or personal information via the chat service. For more information on how Google processes data, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.
8 rempy Business, rempy, exchanges data with our secondary app, rempy Business. This includes information about event locations and user behavior at public events. The exchanged data can be analyzed by us to improve our services and provide personalized experiences such as advertisemnts. Please note that all data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Users are only able to share their attendance at events and are not able to transmit photos or other types of data during the use of public events. We recommend not transmitting any sensitive or personal information during the use of public events.
Duration of data storage
Content Data: As long as you have an active account or delete the Content.
Usage Data: No longer than 24 months.
Camera, Photo Library and Microphone Data: Content is indefinitely (As long as you have an active account or delete the Content). The Photo Library Data is only used for uploading your profile picture from the library. You can remove the access at any time but then you will not be able to share and see content.
Device Data: No longer than 24 months. Some Data is part of the Account Date.
Geolocation Data: (Necessary for the Event Map / event location) As long as you have an active account or delete the Content.
Account Data: (Necessary to provide and operate your account) As long as you have an active account or delete your account.
Chat Data: As long as your event is active or delete the event.
rempy Business: (Necessary for public events/advertisements) As long as you have an active account or delete the Content / Event.
Control your data
Delete your Account: You can delete your account within the settings of the application. Your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Block Users: You can block users within the application. Go to the applications and view who you have blocked. You can also unblock them at any time.
Rights over your data
No matter where you are you can:
Delete your account in the application or by contacting the support.
Change your information by using the controls in the application.
Contact our ODP (Office of Data Protection) by contacting the support.
Ask questions about our privacy practices by contacting the support.
Understand who we share your data with by reading this policy or by contacting the support.
Get a copy of your information by contacting the support.
Appeal a decision related to your information by contacting the support.
Stripe Payment Processing:
When you use rempy's payment feature, we rely on Stripe, a trusted financial infrastructure provider. Stripe securely handles your payment transactions, ensuring that your sensitive information remains confidential. As part of this process, Stripe collects and processes certain payment details, such as credit card numbers, billing addresses, and transaction history. Your data is encrypted and protected according to industry standards.
By using our app’s payment functionality, you agree to Stripe’s terms and acknowledge that your data will be processed in accordance with their Privacy Policy. We recommend reviewing Stripe’s policies to understand how they handle your information and protect your rights as a user.
